Our simulation exercises allow individuals to deal first hand with executive/leadership challenges and issues while interacting with and being observed by trained assessors - many of which have worked as executive assessors for the Personnel Psychology Centre of the PSC.
Each participant receives a diagnostic report following the exercises. It describes the individual's strengths and areas of development and makes recommendations on leadership needs.
