The Career Interest Profiler (CIP) measures six traits and suggests 20-40 top careers that fit the test taker's interests. The report includes job descriptions, links to O-Net and NOC databases, as well as, helpful information and exercises for further career exploration.

The CIP scales reflect an individual's interests in six different areas: Realistic, Investigative, Artistic, Social, Enterprising, and Conventional. The Career Interest Profiler has under-gone more than two years of research on over 17000 individuals (including a large Canadian sample). The CIP focuses on all levels of careers.
