Multidimensional Emotional Intelligence Assessment (MEIA)
The Multidimensional Emotional Intelligence Assessment (MEIA) is a 150-item, self-report, trait-based measure of emotional intelligence (EI) based on Salovey and Mayer’s (1990) multidimensional model of EI. The assessment includes 10 primary scales (listed below), and an Infrequency scale to detect non-purposeful responding.

Emotional intelligence has been widely recognized in the popular media and academic literature as a potentially important contributor to understanding human behavior.
